The Cashare Secondary Market as a Living Marketplace

For over three months now, you can sell or buy loans on the Cashare secondary market. Every day, a large number of offered loans find a buyer.

As a Reminder

All Cashare loans, whether SME or private loans, can be offered for sale for 14 days. The offer can be listed with a discount or a premium. Applicable costs and the resulting net return are displayed to the buyer.

Market Dynamics

At the beginning, there was a wide range of different offers. Including offers with double-digit premiums, which typically did not find a buyer. As with any marketplace, supply and demand have since balanced out.

You still see offers with premiums, which lead to a lower return. Buying such an offer can be quite interesting for individual investors. For example, if they are looking for exactly this risk class or the offered amount. Since the offered loans have been running for some time, you can also get a good idea of the debtor's payment behavior.

Offers with Discount

More and more offers with a discount are appearing on the Cashare secondary market. This can be an excellent opportunity for investors to supplement their portfolio with attractive investments.

Feedback and Further Development

The success of the Cashare secondary market is reflected not only in the large number of transactions, but also in the countless feedback we have received. Thank you for all the valuable inputs – that's real crowd power!

We plan to incorporate many of these suggestions in the new release of the Cashare secondary market in the coming weeks.

We wish you continued success in selling and buying loans on the Cashare secondary market. For questions, our support team is always available at support@cashare.ch or by phone at +41 41 558 48 88.
