Cashare has established itself as an attractive employer in the fintech sector. At least that's what we gather from the number of applications from often very good candidates that reach us.
New Interns on the Team
The newly created internship positions for students in particular are very popular. We receive many interesting inquiries for the coveted internships at the Swiss crowdlending pioneer. So in Q3 we were able to welcome two more interns, Dennis and Drilon, to our team.
It is a great pleasure for us to work together with these young motivated people on the further expansion of the platform. We always see an internship as a mutual give and take. It is a set goal to provide interns with the best possible insight into a fintech company and entrepreneurship.
So we actively involve them in exciting and forward-looking projects and impart in-depth knowledge of operations, disruption and teamwork. In return, we receive support from highly qualified and ambitious workers. Another win-win situation from Cashare.
KMU-Kurzkredit Launches Successfully
In the third quarter of 2019, the new KMU-Kurzkredit product was a hit with our investors, and interest in the individual loan projects is very high. With attractive returns and a maximum term of 12 months, these bullet loans meet investor needs.
Crypto Asset Backed Loan Delayed
Unfortunately, not every product takes off equally at the start. We have already completed the development of the "Crypto Asset Backed Loan" product on our side, but shortly before launch, regulatory issues arose again that need to be finally clarified. For this reason, the start of this exciting loan product – which corresponds to a Lombard loan – is delayed for some time.
But it is always Cashare's highest priority to fully comply with all legal requirements and protect the Swiss financial center.
Continuous Improvements
In addition to new products, instruments or functionalities that are in the spotlight, there are of course also ongoing developments that guarantee the flawless and secure behavior of such a large platform. These include tools for monitoring and testing systems, APIs to various service providers such as payment processors and insurers, and to databases like IKO and ZEK.
But also new filter options on the overview page for investors due to the new products as well as customer requests such as an interest certificate during the year.
CHF 1 Billion Milestone
All in all, we are very satisfied and proud of Cashare's development in the first three quarters of 2019. And right at the quarter boundary to Q4, we were able to reach a fantastic new milestone, with an inquired and processed credit volume of over CHF 1 billion.
Another proof in clear numbers for the continuously increasing acceptance of crowdlending among borrowers. We look forward to tackling the last quarter of 2019 with this push.
