After eight successful years in construction, founder Mario Cortesi decided to expand the company group's activities into real estate and founded Loco's Immobilien AG in 2014.
Originally, the company focused on purchasing and renovating properties in need of renovation, as well as renting them out after renovation. With the realignment in summer 2018, not only was the company name changed to MCI Real Estate AG, but it was also decided to focus more on the purchase, conversion, new construction and sale of properties in Switzerland and abroad.

No, it wasn't an alternative, as I had no interest in that.
