Real Estate and Crowdlending Make a Great Team!

We've been seeing more and more real estate projects on our platform lately and we've found that crowdlending and real estate go wonderfully together. One example is Hestia GmbH. We asked Mr. Boissenin:

Hello Mr. Boissenin! What is your company called and what do you do?

Our company is called Hestia GmbH, a real estate company that manages properties and develops real estate in French-speaking Switzerland.

What makes your company special?

Our business model is to buy aging properties cheaply, then renovate them and create added value.

How did you come to Cashare?

I searched on Google for who offers crowdlending in Switzerland and I contacted you. Your employees were able to process my application very quickly.

Wasn't a bank loan an alternative?

Applying at a bank takes too much time these days. The interest rates are also higher than at Cashare.

What did you finance with Cashare?

Thanks to Cashare, I was able to strengthen my net working capital.

What is your impression of our loan process?

The process is fast, efficient and intuitive.

Were you well looked after at Cashare?

We were always accompanied and advised by the SME loan specialist Ermin Trevisan. Above all, I was constantly informed about the progress of the process.

What has happened since the money was transferred?

That was 5 months ago and my company was able to start a new chapter. We will contact Cashare again soon to finance a new project.

Would you take out another loan with Cashare?

I recommend entrepreneurs to go to Cashare and leave the bank channel, which no longer serves the needs of SMEs.

Thank you for the exciting insight. We look forward to more projects with you!
