In our continuous effort to provide innovative solutions to our customers, we are delighted to present our latest system improvement. From now on, investors can much more easily remain invested in an existing short-term loan. This means you benefit from the interest payout without having to make a new deposit.
What's New and How Does It Work?
Every SME borrower with a bullet loan receives the option to extend the loan 60 days before the current loan expires. Investors can decide within seven days whether they want to remain invested with their investment.
You can now activate the extension in your personal Cashare area simply by clicking the confirmation button. Additionally, a better overview of costs and faster notifications are now guaranteed.
Important Details
Please note that the extension only applies to investors already invested in the respective project. Existing lenders who want to stay invested receive a summary of their extension and receive interest payments minus fees.
Investors who decide against an extension receive the invested amount plus interest.
