After the successful start of the partnership between Cashare and the Benedict Education Group, we are now taking the next step to the next milestone. The benefits for students as well as the sustainable added value for the partnership were successfully confirmed during the pilot phase. The existing cooperation is therefore already being extended by three years.
What's new?
In the future, Cashare will take over the financing of students at Benedict and BVS schools. Cashare's offer enables students to conveniently pay for their education at fair interest rates via monthly installments.
The Swiss fintech pioneer demonstrates once again that crowdlending represents an attractive alternative to conventional financing models and that the product range is constantly being expanded in a targeted manner thanks to innovation:
- Students benefit from attractive conditions and improve their career and income opportunities
- Crowd investors finance meaningful education projects and achieve an attractive return
To create further benefits for everyone as quickly as possible, ongoing installment contracts are structured by us and placed on the Cashare platform as credit projects with the partners of the educational institute. These projects are shown separately.
What does this mean for investors?
Through this structuring, investors have the advantage that they do not only invest in a single education project, but in a broadly diversified portfolio of payment contracts that represent multiple value and are assigned as security.
So if a student can no longer meet the payment obligations, this default is covered by the other payment contracts and the installment payment. The loan itself is not affected.
This is an attractive way to invest in a broadly diversified credit portfolio with a low investment effort.
Conclusion
Investors have the opportunity to further diversify their portfolio while supporting the education and training of many people. An investment in education itself and in the future of students.
