Our 4% Cashare Bond Celebrates Its Birthday

As a crowdlending platform, we offer investors investments in loans with attractive returns and a low correlation to common asset classes. We enable our customers to access what is otherwise only available to banks.

Benefits for Private Investors

Direct investments on the Cashare Crowdlending Platform are interesting for private individuals. You can:

  • Achieve attractive returns beyond traditional asset classes
  • Diversify your personal portfolio according to your own preferences and risk appetite
  • Optimally complement existing investments
  • Be independent of stock market fluctuations or low interest rates
  • Support people directly with a loan and decide for yourself which credit projects to invest in

Solution for Asset Managers

However, for asset managers it is usually impractical as they manage portfolios of many clients. They prefer financial products that can be booked into a securities portfolio.

Cashare launched the 4% CHF Cashare Bond a year ago, which invests in crowdlending credits. This financial product is exclusively reserved for asset managers and qualified investors.

First Birthday

We are proud that our 4% Cashare Bond was issued on November 22, 2019, and is therefore celebrating its first birthday this year. After one year, the coupon was distributed to investors for the first time from the invested credit portfolio.

The bond holds credits to private individuals and SMEs in Switzerland. The credits can be unsecured or secured, and 2/3 of the volume is secured by mortgages. The portfolio is broadly diversified with over 100 different counterparties.
