Drum roll please! 🥁 We are very happy to present you something brand new on our website. If you follow us closely on social media, you could already see that we have been working on our new chatbot for some time. And now the time has come. We are online!

Dive into the future of customer service, because our intelligent chatbot is now available around the clock 24/7. Whether you have questions, need help or just want a friendly chat, our chatbot is here to help and advise you.

Of course, our support team and also our credit advisors for SME, private or in the real estate sector will still be available to you. Now, thanks to the bot, you can also make appointments with us on the weekend for the coming week.

For all those who do not yet know exactly what a chatbot actually is or does, we explain it here again very briefly.

Basically, a chatbot means artificial intelligence. They are able to interact with users through various communication channels such as text messages, voice assistants or websites. For us, it will appear on the bottom right of the homepage so you can access it anytime.

We are lucky to have a true professional in chatbot on hand in our advisory board member Sophie Hundertmark. Together with her we created, developed and trained our bot. A big thank you at this point.
