Verfrühter Jubel über die neue Fintech-Regulierung / 20er Regel nur für KMU Darlehen

Über die Aufhebung der 20er Regel bei KMU-Darlehen bis zu CHF 1 Mio. hat Cashare erst im Juli berichtet und das System auf den 1. August angepasst. Es wurde deutlich angemerkt, dass die Aufhebung dieser Regel nicht für Privatpersonen gilt.
