In our continuous effort to offer our customers innovative solutions, we are extremely pleased to present our latest system improvement.
From now on, investors can remain invested in an existing short-term loan much more easily. This means that they benefit from the interest payments without having to make another loan deposit.
What's new and how are things going?
Every SME borrower with a bullet loan has the option to extend the loan 60 days before its expiry date. Investors have seven days to decide whether they wish to remain invested.
Investors can now easily activate renewals in their personal Cashare account by clicking the confirmation button. Additionally, improved cost overviews and faster notifications are now guaranteed.
Please note that the extension only applies to investors already invested in the respective project. Existing lenders who wish to remain invested will receive a summary of their extension and will be paid the interest less any fees. Investors who choose not to extend will receive their invested amount plus interest.
