For the property for which mezzanine financing is planned, create a documentation with the necessary documents. As soon as you have everything together, contact us directly by form or by phone so that we can have an initial informative discussion and clarify your needs.

If mezzanine financing is the optimal solution, we check the financial figures of the real estate company and create the financing project together.
This is then activated on the platform for financing by the crowd. After successful financing, you will automatically receive all contract documents and send them back to us signed.
