For over three months now, loans have been available for purchase and resale on the Cashare secondary market. A large number of loans find a buyer every day.
As a reminder: All Cashare loans, whether SME or personal, can be offered for sale for 14 days. The offer can include a discount or a premium. Any applicable costs and the resulting net return will be displayed to the buyer.
Initially, there was a wide range of different offers. These included offers with double-digit premiums, which typically didn't find a buyer. As in any marketplace, supply and demand have now stabilized.
You can still see offers with bonuses, which consequently lead to a lower return.
Purchasing such an offer can certainly be attractive for individual investors, for example, if they are specifically looking for this risk class or the offered amount.
Since the offered loans have been running for some time, it's also possible to get good information about the debtor's payment history.
More and more offers with a discount are appearing on the Cashare secondary market.
This can occasionally be an excellent opportunity for investors to supplement their portfolio with attractive investments.
